Small installations and repair work is carried out at the hourly rate of £45.00 Mon - Fri followed by 30 minute intervals of £22.50 or Saturdays at the hourly rate of £67.50 followed by 30 minute intervals of £33.75.In all cases ther will be a minimum charge of 1 hour.Materials are extra.
A fixed price can be given for larger installations or full bathroom refurbishments calculated at the cheaper day rate.There is No call out charge or VAT and all invoices show a full breakdown of how your job has been calculated.Time starts on the arrival of the engineer.
Plumbing surveys are carried out at the fixed price of £90.00 inclusive of the visual inspection report.For the full list of charges see our Terms & Conditions page.
Full written estimates are given free of charge and without obligation, and only after a full site survey has been carried out.Appointment based estimates are carried out Mon- Fri between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. Estimates are valid and kept on file for 30 days only.Late follow ups after the 30 day period will result in the repricing of the works this is due to materials/fittings which may be subject to change in line with suppliers changing pricing structures.
